2019 and Decade in Review

In my last monthly message, I shared some steps you can take to build self-awareness. I wanted to share resources and thoughts to help you take the next steps to implement.

First, I wanted to share a reflective post I put together detailing my thoughts around my career over the last decade. Spoiler: I have two degrees (one from an Ivy League institution) that I don’t really use and thought I was going to be a professor.
