Coaching Agreement between Akua Nyame-Mensah "I" and The Client "You":


Coaching/Mentoring/Consulting is a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals. The more specific your goals and the more consistent your follow-through, the more value you'll receive.

Coaching/Mentoring/Consulting is a shared responsibility:

Intentionality: Intentionality is knowing yourself and understanding your direction. I will constantly ask ‘so what,’ for specifics, and why.  Annoying to some I’ve been told but it is the only way to make sure we are on the right track.

Growth: Growth is having a constant focus on your evolution and expanding opportunities.  I will challenge, and push you.  I love playing devil’s advocate and will not accept “just because” or “I can’t” as a valid response.

Commitment: Commitment is showing up for yourself fully, taking action, and being at choice. I expect everyone I work with to make the most of our time by asking questions and supporting others by sharing their experience.  If you do not show up for the calls or follow through on the commitments we’ve made together:  the only guarantee is that it will not work for you.


All Coaching/Mentoring sessions (in-person or virtual) and digital communication are held strictly confidential and will not be divulged to any third party, unless ordered by a court of law. As an Associate Certified Coach, I uphold the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics

Photos/ video of sessions may be taken and used for materials later. 


Coaching/Mentoring sessions are pre-scheduled. In case of emergencies, 1-on-1 sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice (otherwise you lose the session).

Group sessions cannot be rescheduled, but some sessions, please check with Akua to confirm, will be recorded for future replay.

Participants may be asked to provide testimonials and will be asked to complete feedback surveys at the end to help us continue to refine our own journey.


Once registered, all payments, including payment installments, must be honored.

All payments for physical or digital products are non-refundable.

All payments for programs are non-refundable after the program begins.

All payments for in-person programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the program agreement.

Should an emergency occur, you can transfer your credits to another program.

All electronic payments are securely processed by Stripe Inc.
