Be Selective, You Can’t Serve Everyone
2020 is the year in which I'm focusing on Exponential Value and Visibility. A huge part of being able to achieve this is transforming my vision and theme into actionable and achievable goals. A major challenge I deal with is potential clients that do not see the value in my work. You can follow my journey to experience my vision here.
I am passionate about increasing access to coaching. As a young start-up leader and entrepreneur, coaching has given me a safe space to learn new skills and overcome my anxiety around my leadership style, connecting with people and getting things done. My clients love to work with me because I help them gain clarity and get them set up for success using my unique approach which involves leveraging coaching techniques, assessments and leadership resources. I decided to pursue coaching full-time because I wanted to give other young leaders access to the same space to reflect deliberately and move forward. I have invested a lot of time, energy and resources into becoming an International Coach Federation member coach and credentialed to leverage several assessments to help clients gain clarity. I am also passionate about building a sustainable business and being conscious about my time, energy, and resources. A tough lesson I learned through coaching was that I physically and emotionally cannot serve everyone.
I offer a free Chemistry and Clarity call to anyone that completes my Inquiry form but after completing that sample session, if you want me to support you with a free session, please note that I have conversations for a living. Each session I host for free or for a discount, I am not able to generate sustainable revenue for my small business, which in turn limits my ability to offer training and coaching support.
My focus is to provide value, to equip my clients with the tools they need to build strong business foundations and develop excellent teams. So I can best support you, please be as specific as possible with any questions and complete any pre-work I request in advance. Doing so will ensure we have a productive conversation and that you are fully aware of the type of support I provide.

You can also read about who I serve. Over time, I have learned who I tend to resonate with, and I am passionate about helping my clients develop and grow.
Although "coaching" is a commonly used term today, it's a profession that is often misunderstood. True coaching is an intentional process that involves a lot of time, energy, and resources. Although I facilitate the conversation and will ask challenging questions, the process of coaching involves much more than many may think. As a coach, I do not set the agenda, nor do I simply share my experience. You are meant to drive the conversation and ensure you get value from it. It is also up to you to be vocal if you are not receiving what you need.
It is also important to understand that coaching is a very personal process; not every coach is a good fit for every client. If I feel that I am not the right coach to support you, I will refer you to someone in my network (www.coffeechat.co) or someone I have worked with.
You should also be intentional about where and how you spend your time, energy, and resources. I might not be the best fit for you at this time. Intentionality and focus are critical lessons I teach all my clients.
