I was a reluctant and overwhelmed leader.

I felt alone.

I felt like I had to act a certain way to be taken seriously - that I was not cut out to lead.

In this video, I quickly share more about my diverse background and why I decided to work with leaders to help them connect and focus to scale - so they can thrive in their professional AND personal life.
