The Framework: The Culture Scorecard

Culture becomes actionable when you can observe it, not just talk about it.

In this Lab, we’ll work through a Culture Scorecard that examines key culture levers, including:

Self-Awareness

How leaders’ behaviors impact others and the business.

Where do you need to role-model more clearly?

Engagement

Are people committed and proactive or compliant and checked out?

Expectations

Does everyone truly know what success looks like, day to day?

You’ll learn how to:

  • assess each lever honestly (without blame),
  • identify gaps between intention and reality,
  • and understand where to focus instead of trying to fix everything at once.
