Self-awareness is the foundation of engaging and connecting with others. Ninety-five percent of people think they’re self-aware, but only 10 to 15 percent are. If you want to succeed in building a business, you need to be able to connect with your stakeholders - team, partners, customers, investors. Starting with your emotions, strengths, and weaknesses, you can deliberately communicate how people can leverage you effectively and get things done. Â
In this implementation program, I will be teaching you how to leverage your self-awareness to become an even more influential leader and then give you the tools and techniques necessary to apply the knowledge of your personality to your life and business. Â

About Your Coach/ Facilitator
I’m a certified executive coach and entrepreneur who knows what it takes to connect with the right people to build tech-enabled businesses and teams from the ground up:
✓ As a startup executive at the first African based unicorn, I’ve launched and built an online platform and amazing team from scratch,
✓ At the same company, I was promoted and moved to take over an online platform and team in West Africa’s largest market,
✓ As an infopreneur, I’ve launched my own (primarily virtual) coaching and consulting practice leveraging online consultants and experts, and
✓ As a co-founder, I’ve most recently joined a Pan-African platform to increase access to coaching without physically meeting my co-founder first.
I’ve leveraged my innate personality by increasing my self-awareness to go from a city planning graduate to a startup executive to a certified executive coach. I have tried and used all the techniques and tools I teach and leverage with my coaching clients.
