Terms and Conditions

1. Submission Process:
   • Clients must complete the inquiry form and, if needed, upload any relevant documents they want feedback on.
   • Incomplete submissions may result in delays or an inability to provide feedback.
2. Delivery Time:
   • The Consultant will review the submission and provide a pre-recorded video with feedback within 5 business days from the date of submission.
3. Scope of Feedback:
   • Feedback is provided based on the information and documents submitted.
   • This service includes up to a 20-minute video recording. Requests requiring more in-depth analysis or additional follow-up may need to be booked as separate services.
4. Confidentiality:
   • The Consultant will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and documents submitted for feedback.
   • Videos and feedback are intended for the client's use only and should not be shared without prior consent.
5. No Guarantee of Results:
   • The Consultant provides feedback and suggestions based on expertise and experience. However, the Consultant does not guarantee specific results from the feedback provided.
   • The client is responsible for implementing any changes or actions based on the feedback received.
6. Refunds and Cancellations:
   • Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be issued once the submission has been reviewed and the video has been recorded.
7. Client Responsibility:
   • The client is solely responsible for any decisions, actions, and results arising out of or resulting from the feedback provided by the Consultant.
   • The Consultant is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the implementation of the feedback.
