Terms and Conditions
Scope of Services:
- The Flourish service includes one monthly 30-minute catch-up call, email access up to 1 hour per week, personalized advisory, and access to a library of self-leadership tools.
- Any services beyond this scope will require additional fees and separate agreements.
Personalized Advisory:
- All advice and strategies provided are tailored to the specific needs and challenges discussed in the monthly catch-up calls.
Payment Terms:
- Payment for the Flourish service is $297 per month.
- Payments will be processed automatically via credit or debit card through the Simplero platform.
- The first payment will be charged on the date of subscription, and subsequent payments will be charged on the same date each month.
- Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services until the payment is made.
Notice for Final Session:
- Client will give 1 month’s notice for the final session.
Cancellation Policy:
- The Flourish service is a monthly subscription that can be canceled with one month’s advance notice.
- Cancellations must be made through the Simplero platform. The details on how to cancel can be found here.
- No refunds will be provided for partial months.
Email Access:
- Email access is limited to up to 1 hour per week.
- Emails will be answered within 24 hours between Tuesday and Thursday, from 10 am to 6 pm GMT.
- Any email requests outside the scope of a simple email response will not be responded to.
- Unused email hours do not roll over to the following week.
Catch-Up Calls:
- To make the most of the monthly catch-up calls, the Client agrees to complete the Session Form at least 24 hours in advance of the call.
- Client will forfeit the session investment if they do not reschedule 24 hours in advance.
- Unused catch-up calls do not roll over to the following month.
Confidentiality:
- The Consultant will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and data.
- Feedback and session recordings are intended for the client's use only and should not be shared without prior consent.
Client Responsibility:
- The client is solely responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising out of or resulting from the consulting relationship and their catch-up calls and interactions with the Consultant.
- The Client agrees that the Consultant is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Consultant.
