Purpose: For individuals looking for continuous growth and long-term support to build sustainable processes and systems to gain freedom from the status quo, firefighting and the stuck/overwhelm paradox. 90-minute virtual discovery session to identify priorities, gaps (opportunities for growth) and goals.
12 x 45-minute virtual coaching calls for 6 months, 24 calls for 12 months.
High validated assessment to accelerate awareness of your gaps and strengths
20+ page assessment interpretation document
Coaching Session Google Doc to help you keep of your progress and goals. It will help you stay focused on initiatives, conversations, and relationships that have maximum impact even after our sessions.

2 x 45-minute virtual follow up sessions on initiatives and coaching to help you move forward with accountability

Time Commitment: Your results are directly related to the time you dedicate to reflecting and completing your Strategy document. Most individuals spend 2-3 hours reflecting and preparing for the intensive and each follow-up session.

Duration: Additional sessions must be completed within 3 months of the intensive.
